Cancellation Policy

CALL FOR FULL QUTO , RESCHEDULE ,AND CANCELLATION AT ( 757-576-2372) J&B Legacy’s Mobile Detailing – Appointment & Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Appointments may be rescheduled one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service or customers who fail to appear for their appointment may forfeit their booking deposit if you had one . Same-day cancellations or no-shows without prior notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are due within 7 calendar days of the cancellation date. Customers with unpaid cancellation fees may be required to pay the outstanding balance before booking future appointments, and J&B Legacy’s reserves the right to decline future bookings until the balance is paid. By scheduling an appointment with J&B Legacy’s Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
